| Unless otherwise specified in your contract, ComputerPlano charges $95.00 per hour plus parts for all client-site work. Compare our rates versus Verizon, Best Buy, or AT&T. ComputerPlano offers the better value. Remote Support is either $25.00 or $50.00 per session, depending on your support contract. Work done in our facilities is typically a flat fee based on type of service performed (minimum $75.00). We offer monthly and per-project contracts. We can offer free estimates on many services via email. We are required by the State to collect Sales/Use tax (currently 8.25%) Billing: On site service requires a one hour minimum service fee of $95.00. Invoices are due upon receipt. See your contract for full details. Note: All prices listed are for labor services only. They do not include cost of parts, accessories, or software licenses. All flat-rate services will be completed in our shop unless otherwise noted. We will pick up your system and service it in our repair facility if repairs will take extensive time. Your computer will be returned to your location, connected and verified for proper operation. ComputerPlano is not responsible for data not specifically listed by customer for back-up services, nor data which cannot be retrieved from faulty hardware or recording media. We offer DriveSavers for those clients needing data recovery services. Travel Charges: No travel charges for most clients in Collin County. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate all other clients. Our Focus is still on making our customers successful.
